Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details if applicable.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer flat-rate standard shipping across Queensland locations.

Standard delivery is typically within 3–7 business days (metro areas) and 7–10 business days (regional/remote).
- Orders processed within and outside of Queensland, Australia incur a flat rate standard shipping of $9.99.
- Orders placed within Brisbane metro region will be handled by our in-house shipping and will not incur a shipping fee if chosen at checkout.
Carriers

All orders are shipped via Australia Post or other trusted couriers, with tracking provided.
Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number if shipped with Aus Post. Track your order via the courier’s website.
International Shipping

Currently, Cadent ships only within Australia. International shipping will be available soon.
Delays & Issues

Delivery times may vary during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, sales) or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Cadent is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
