Cadent Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details if applicable.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We offer flat-rate standard shipping across Queensland locations.

  • Standard delivery is typically within 3–7 business days (metro areas) and 7–10 business days (regional/remote).

  • Orders processed within and outside of Queensland, Australia incur a flat rate standard shipping of $9.99.
  • Orders placed within Brisbane metro region will be handled by our in-house shipping and will not incur a shipping fee if chosen at checkout.

Carriers

  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post or other trusted couriers, with tracking provided.

Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number if shipped with Aus Post. Track your order via the courier’s website.

International Shipping

  • Currently, Cadent ships only within Australia. International shipping will be available soon.

Delays & Issues

  • Delivery times may vary during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, sales) or due to courier delays beyond our control.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at thisiscadent@gmail.com with your order number.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Cadent is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
